Health is more than just food and exercise; hormones, sleep, stress, genetics and environment all play a vital role in our overall wellness. Health is way more than the gym and eating chicken/tofu + broccoli. During this workshop, Megan Hable is going to walk us through how to make small shifts that stick and give us the tools for long term success when it comes to our health.
Wear comfortable clothing, as we will be doing some yoga and movement during part of the workshop!
